Strength Training

- Recommended for Age group 18+ with moderate endurance levels
- A mix of body weight workouts and Yoga (includes Pranayama and various Asanas)
- Mon To Thurs
- Morning : 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM IST
- Evening : 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM IST
- Sessions in virtual group setting
- Limited spots only

All the above sessions will be conducted in group video call on Zoom Application. Corporate sessions can be conducted on work site after COVID-19.
