Yoga for all

  • Gentle Yoga, Pranayama

  • 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM IST

Strength Training

  • Recommended for Age group 18+ with moderate endurance levels
  • A mix of body weight workouts and Yoga (includes Pranayama and various Asanas)
  • Mon To Thurs
  • Morning : 7:00 AM – 7:45 AM IST
  • Evening : 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM IST
  • Sessions in virtual group setting
  • Limited spots only

Corporate Sessions

  • Yoga, Strength Training, Meditation for stress management & performance enhancement
