- Various Workouts and Yoga
- Recommended for Age group 18+ with moderate endurance levels
- Includes mix of Asana, Pranayama and Strength Training
- Mon To Thurs

Corporate Sessions
Yoga, Strength Training, Meditation
- Customized as per the needs of the participants

- Individual Counselling and guidance

All the above sessions will be conducted in group video call on Zoom Application. Corporate sessions can be conducted on work site after COVID-19.
