  • Various Workouts and Yoga
  • Recommended for Age group 18+ with moderate endurance levels
  • Includes mix of Asana, Pranayama and Strength Training
  • Mon To Thurs

All the above sessions will be conducted in group video call on Zoom Application. Corporate sessions can be conducted on work site after COVID-19.
